Dinner and show

We've had dinner at the show... Special Polynesian Night. indeed, I discovered the Polynesian oven. (reminder: Mathieu lived for one year in french Polynesia, so he knows all that stuff already...).

What is the Polynesian oven? They put hot stones in a hole in the ground, they put all sort of meat and veggies on it, they cover with banana leaves, and they leave it there for 5 or 6 hours until it's cooked!
