Tikehau _ Map & Airport & Hotel

Tikehau is an atoll. It's a pretty small one considering that it's diameter is 26km. The main Motu is the "Motu Tuherahera". From whant I remember, it was like... 2km x 800m. On one side, there's the lagoon. Then you walk 800m and you see the Ocean. Believe me, it's scary and you feel small...... The Ocean feels huge and deep, and you really, really don't want to fall...

There are a total of 400 people living on this island.

There's no hot water!! Nowhere! Instead, the water towers/reserves are painted in black so it warms up at least a little from the sun...
